BlackGummy, a rising artist on the Mau5trap record label, approached Imaginex with the idea to create real-time 3D visuals for a live concert. Working closely with the artist, I pitched, designed, modelled, and animated several full 3D scenes to tell the visual story the artist had in mind. Additionally, I worked with Eric Mintzer at Imaginex to develop our SceneProv system, a TouchDesigner based system for running and controlling real-time 3D scenes through a live connection with our house VJ software Crescent Sun. For every scene I programmed unique animations, camera moves, lighting effects, and visual effects that could be controlled via MIDI by the Imaginex VJ on site, Alan Curtiss. You can read more about the work done for BlackGummy, as well as view the full credits, on the Imaginex website here.
